ISM was founded in 1991 as a Sage business software solution provider by the current managing director, Tony Marron. Back then the company was called Information Systems Management Limited but as the team grew and the types of products and services changed it was later renamed to ISM Business Solutions Limited to more accurately reflect the fact the ISM now supplies IT solutions not just data processing / management software.
ISM has helped hundereds of businesses to use IT to help their business to be come more efficient and more profitable.
ISM is a Sage Accredited Business Partner and a Sage Accredited Solutions Developer and specialises in the SME market using Sage business software to provide a company wide business system that can grow as your business grows and can be shaped to exactly match your present and future business processes.
Sage accreditation is not given away lightly by Sage and there are only 160 out of the many thousands of Sage's business partners that are accredited.
Accreditation means that we have to attend frequent training sessions and earn our qualifications by passing exams and we have to prove to Sage that we know how to provide the best solution to our customers and prove that we provide exceptional customer service. Our customers are surveyed each year by Sage to ensure that we do.
If we fail in any of these areas then we would loose our accreditation something we have never done and, we will work very hard for our customers to ensure we never do.
ISM also work with trusted business partners, that we have known and worked with for many years, to deliver a hardware infrastructure that can be installed and supported and shaped as your business moves forwards. This enables us to provide a complete solution; from a PC to many PC's running over a network with servers, routers, web and email services.
If you wish we can also act as your single point for support, so that once you place a support call ISM's Help Desk will route the call to the correct service provider and follow up to make sure the call has been handled to your complete satisfaction.
